Birthday Tower from Wiltshire

This cupcake tower is made of 15 multi-coloured cakes (using two different butter icing colours) and includes stand and embelishments (butterfly sticks, feather) for £25. You will need to assemble it yourself at your party and also there is a refundable deposit to pay.

We picked up this large cup up at a catering exhibition, it makes a lovely setting for a small cupcake display. These cupcakes are sprayed with edible colouring and made with multi-coloured butter icing.

Whoever suggested this flavour may have been joking, but the result was great. A very popular choice and tasted fantastic if not a little unusual. With real sweet chillies and a hint of chilli powder, it was a truly sweet and spicy experience.
